where oh where did the time go?

Here's a little blog update before work. Might i add that i look adorable today (i'm having a "pretty" day). I think any girl will understand what i mean by that. You have those very rare days when you think to yourself, "hmm... i look pretty good today!" Then you smile, and go about your day without worry. Lately, my days have consisted of waking up and feeling/looking like an ogre. But i guess we all go through little periods of low self esteem every so often. 

Anyways, i'm wearing a shirt beaded flapper style dress, with black tights and ankle high black cowboy boots and a long sweater. 

Whats gone on it the past month you may ask?

Well here's some interesting news: my moms pregnant. That is all i'm going to say, because i prefer to not discuss the situation. Maybe when i'm a bit more comfortable i will talk about it in later entries. The past few weeks have contained creativity, a lot of sitting in my room by myself mixing music for hours. Many drinking binges in which i got much to drunk. Adda says jager is not for me. (I turn into an evil bitch). I met some gorgeous internet friends from Calgary. Work Work Work Work Work....

What am i looking forward to?

Carson has announced that he will quit smoking by the end of May. (It's getting pretty close hunny). I'm also looking forward to.... more work.. (sarcasm). In July Carson and I are going to Punta Cana, the trip isn't booked yet for one reason: I have money and he doesn't. So when he gets out of school in a month, that nig nogs getting a job. If Carson can't come up with the money... I have another person in mind who would be willing to go with me. hehe.

You will soon realize that the people you call your friends, won't really stick around for as long as you planned. I learn that more and more everyday.

Perhaps it's the fact that i barricade myself from the social entrapment that surrounds. My type of person pertains to very particular people. Casual acquaintances... i have many. Real friends: i have 3. (Including my mom...) My best friend lives in Calgary. Our relationship is strictly web based. My other best friend has the almost complete opposite schedule of mine. We see each other when it works. I want to count Carson as a best friend, but i can't. Most of the time when you are dating someone it seems like the best friendship at the time. You know everything about each other, you imagine that person always being there. In reality, they will abandon you at one point or another. 

Lives change, people move, people stay. 

Unspoken bonds are broken in the dirtiest ways.

Carson and I spent the day at the beach yesterday out for lunch and having a photoshoot with my favorite photographer, Michelle Moore. She is absolutely amazing! I will post the pictures soon.

This week should be a little more laid back than last. 

Midterms over, and i'm not bombarded with work!
